General Sales Terms

All prices are understood ex seller. VAT, taxes and duties are additional where applicable. If not specified, dismantling, packing, installation etc. are not included in the prices. All offers are made on a first-come-first-served basis. Sales commissions due to LST Laser & Strahl Technik GmbH/EUROPE LASER EXCHANGE are included in all prices. LST/ELB assumes no liability for information received from seller and communicated in good faith. LST/ELB does not assume any liability that the offered equipment complies with national and international safety regulations. LST/ELB will install any laser, provide after sales service on request, will modify or integrate the equipment into production lines etc. on request at additional cost.

Payment terms:

25% with order, 75% on delivery, unless agreed otherwise.

Credit Card Payment:

Please send a fax (0043-1-8764694-22) with your purchase order including:

• your credit card no. (16 digits) of
• Visa or Euro Card/Master Card
• name of holder and expiration date.

Don't forget to sign!

Reservation of title:

All goods remain the property of the seller until they are completely paid for.

Warranty:

Unless otherwise specified, the equipment is complete and functional, in the moment of selling, but without further warranty.

Any legal action are subject to Austrian law. UN legislation is excluded. Legal domicile is the competent court of jurisdiction in Vienna.
